Following the syllabus of an Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification, drivers have the option to complete an unregulated course with a Certificate of Attendance issued or complete a regulated qualification (EFAW) with a 3-year certification.
Course comprising a minimum of 7 hours of practical and theoretical training covering responsibilities; assessment of the situation; first aid hygiene; resuscitation; anatomy; choking; bleeding; shock; epilepsy; minor injuries and dealing with an unresponsive casualty. Compliant with Health & Safety Executive code of Practice.
