This is an excellent introduction to health and safety in the workplace and will benefit all employees at all levels, particularly those who hold, or are about to hold, a health and safety role, such as safety representative within their organisation. The course will clarify aspects of health and safety which many of us believe to be complex and daunting.
This award requires 10 ‘guided hours’ comprising a classroom-based course of at least 6 hours (covering roles and responsibilities; reporting; hygiene; assessments; minor injuries) plus related Pre or Post course reading or training.
Successful candidates will be awarded a regulated Level 2 qualification which will provide an ideal platform to higher-level training or career development.
